The fee consists of two parts

  1. The Registration Fee – Typically £500 – £1,000 and deductible from the purchase fee.
  2. The Purchase Fee – Typically 2% of the purchase price


RENTAL PROPERTY SEARCH FEES

  1. Registration Fee – £500 – £1,000 (deducted from the Rental Fee)
  2. Rental Fee – One months rent.

Super Prime rentals can be quoted as a fixed fee depending on the rental value.
